All Vendors should read the Lewis First Monday rules and share them with helpers, partners, and family members who will be attending the market. It is the responsibility of the vendor who rents the space to ensure that all helpers, assistants, and family members are familiar with and follow all vendor policies and guidelines.

  1. All vendors are expected to follow vendor policies as well as pertinent local, state, and federal laws and ordinances.
  2. All vendor spaces belong to the owners of Lewis First Monday. Vendors are required to set up each month. No other vendor may set up in your space. You may miss only once during a 12-month period. Rent must be paid to guarantee space for the following month. Vendors must notify the office as soon as possible if unable to attend.
  3. Vendors can not add to or change what is sold without prior approval from management.
  4. Vendors must have a current Texas Sales Tax permit to sell at this market. To obtain one, click here or call (800) 252-5555.
